Are these official Pelican products?
No. Vaultborne is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pelican Products, Inc. Any authorized branded product added later should name its actual manufacturer clearly.
Are all Vaultborne cases waterproof?
No blanket claim applies to every case. Check the individual product specifications. Only a supplier-verified ingress rating supports a waterproof claim.
How do I choose the correct size?
Measure the outside length, width, and depth of the sleeved deck, top loader, one-touch, or slab you plan to carry. Compare those measurements with the verified internal dimensions and allow for dividers or foam.
Do cases prevent theft or damage?
Protective cases can reduce certain risks but cannot guarantee against theft, loss, fire, flooding, extreme temperatures, misuse, or carrier damage. Consider separate insurance for valuable collections.
Where do orders ship from?
Each product page should display the current shipping origin and processing estimate once a U.S.-based supplier or fulfillment partner is connected.
Can I return a case after testing the fit?
Unused standard products may be eligible within the posted return window. Used products, customized foam, personalized items, and final-sale products may be excluded when disclosed before purchase.
